The shipping costs are calculated automatically depending on the weight of the selected product or package and are displayed before the binding order. The displayed shipping costs include postage, packaging and logistics costs. 

Deliveries to third countries (outside the EU) are subject to the respective customs regulations and these are at the expense of the buyer.

Delivery times
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods in the domestic market (Austria) within 2-5 working days, for foreign deliveries within 4-7 working days after the conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed prepayment after the time of your payment instruction) .Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made other agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the article with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Further details on payment
The invoice amount must be paid within 14 days when paying by invoice.
