The statutory warranty rights apply to all goods purchased from ALLPURE. If the goods are defective at the time of handover, you as a consumer are entitled, within the statutory time limits, to remedy (repair), replacement, price reduction or – in the case of non-minor defects – to rescission of the purchase. In Austria, the warranty period for movable goods is two years from the date of handover.
